Coupon Useage and Validity

New Customers: (Coupon Code “kb50/1”) Unless otherwise stated, coupon usage is valid for one time use only to new customers when activating a profile on checkout. For the R50 off coupon to be valid, a minimum spend of R500 is required. The coupon will not activate if the total cart value is below the minimum spend value.

Appreciation Coupons: We offer loyal customers who has spent R1000 or more from our store a once-of R100 rebate coupon. This coupon is to our discretion and not a general rule.

Refund Coupons: Depending on any customer’s preference, we offer a refund coupon to any amount spent when you receive a faulty or damaged purchase from our store. To qualify, visit our Refunds Policy page.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping (R60)

All our shipping is handled via a 3rd party courier company. Although we strive to have your parcel delivered in the quickest time possible, sometimes it does happen that the parcel arrives a day late. It depends on the location, especially in remote areas. Our standard delivery times to anywhere in SA is around 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on individual product page/s. Please note that deliveries are very seldom made on weekends, but usually not.

Free Shipping

The free shipping offer is to any delivery within South Africa only. To qualify for the free shipping option, a minimum spend of R600 total cart value is required. Please note that this is calculated after any rebates or added coupons.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. The shipping fee will be auto generated on the checkout page. Please ensure that delivery address, state, country, etc. is properly filled on checkout.

Next Day Delivery (R100)

Next day delivery is applicable to Gauteng residence only. If next day delivery is required, the delivery fee will increase from R60 to R100. Next day delivery applies to business days only. To enjoy next day delivery, orders must be placed before 10AM of any given day from Monday to Thursday only. If your order is placed after 10AM, next day delivery will then be assumed as the day after the following day. Even though we try our best to keep to our delivery schedules, we use a 3rd party that handles all deliveries. If for some reason you didn’t receive your order the next day, we cannot be held liable. In certain circumstances, we do offer the client R40 rebate if this happens. The rebate will be in a Coupon form and solely in our discretion.
